Breeding
If there is a sector in agriculture is lagging behind on our continent is the breeding area, either in terms of fishing, as in the small and large animals. EM technology can meet all of these areas without restriction.
In the field of marine fish and freshwater, consult our technical department.
We will discuss mainly the small and large animals the most common in our sub region.
Although the applications of EM technology have almost endless applications, it good to list 4 application for poultry.
· Cleaning facilities and the fight against odors.
° in the drinking water for birds.
° in as a dietary supplement for birds.
· The transformation of organic waste into compost.
1 - Cleaning of facilities and the fight against odors.
EMA, manually, as with other automatic means (dosing) is vaporized in the facilities or tank used for cleaning. The dilution is made with water without chlorine, and dosage depends on the health of the environment.
For first use, we recommend a high dose of EMA or not concentrated, depending on the state of health and release of odors in the facility.
Once the odor reduced or completely eliminated, we can then reduce the dosage, and can increase the amount of water.
Tip:
- 1 º Stage
· EMA undiluted spray in all installations. If plants are infected with lice or scabies then use EM5 first or a mixture 50% EMA, 50% EM5.
• 1 liter of EMA for 19 liters of chlorine-free water for each 300 to 400 square meters. Must be taken into consideration, bedding, walls, while the environment and surrounding facilities.
- 2nd Step: After the reduction or complete disappearance of odeurs.es of
• 1 liter of EMA for 60 to 80 liters of chlorine-free water for 300 to 400 square meters 2 to 3 times a week, and this throughout the growth cycle (broilers) or egg production (chicken egg ).
2 - EMA in water consumption.
The probiotic as EM is essential and fundamental to the health of birds.
Tip:
1 Day: 1: 1000, chlorine-free water.
2nd day: normal drinking water without chlorine, without the addition of EMA.
3rd Day: 1: 2000, chlorine-free water.
4 º day: normal drinking water without chlorine, without the addition of EMA.
5th Day: 1: 1000, chlorine-free water.
6 º day: normal drinking water without chlorine, without the addition of EMA.
7 º day: 1: 2000, chlorine-free water.
This alternation will be a three phase to the stage of growth or productivity of birds. This process helps prevent clogging of pipes and pipelines from reservoirs or tanks to the water troughs.
We can also further improve the water by placing the bottom of the tank or tanks of EM-X ceramic pipe gray (1 kg for every 10 cubic meters of water)
2 - MS in Food
The incorporation of EM in foods can be done in two ways
Council
• Added the Bokashi to the daily ration, weekly or monthly.
· Fermentation amount of Feed in Bokashi with EMA, and use it as a complement.
• In both cases, the ratio is 3 to 5% to be added to the ration.
Treatment of organic waste
The organic waste is converted into good quality compost. Straw bedding, feces, and even the bodies of birds are good sources of energy for good composting.
Tip:
in general
• In general it takes 5 liters of EMA and 10 to 15 gallons of chlorine-free water for 1 cubic meter of organic matter.
For more information on composting, contact our technical department.
Pigs
As in poultry, the application of EM technology can be summarized in four phases.
EM in drinking water and foods.
Tip:
· Water consumption:
· Dilution of 1 liter of EMA for 1000 liters of water without chlorine.
- EM as a nutritional supplement.
· EMA diluted 1: 1000 to add in the diet. Normally, most food rations for pigs containing plenty of fluids. EMA diluted may be used at the expense of plain water.
• Added the Bokashi as a complement to 3 or 5%.
All these methods are recommended throughout the reproductive cycle.
However, you can consult our technical department for more extensive counseling and appropriate.
3 - Cleaning and fight against bad smells
African pig farming is almost closed but, but are used to wetlands. These media are infected through urine, feces and sometimes the remains of food. Which leads to bad smells, scabies, lice, flies, other insects, and especially a fever in pigs. Reached a stage of pollution or chemicals fail to solve all these problems.
The most effective way is prevention, prevention and this should be as natural as possible. EM technology is one of the mechanisms that can address all these problems.
Tip:
Tank cleaning:
· 1 liter of EMA for 50 or 60 liters of water without chlorine.
- Spray.
• 1 liter of EMA for 19 liters of chlorine-free water for each 300 square meters.
- Treatment of shock.
• In this case, after washing in water without chlorine, must be diluted or EMA spray EM5 2-3 times a week.
• Once the bad smell down, make a dilution 1: 50 or 1: 100 or 200 to complete elimination.
4 - Treatment of residuals
Residues from plants, namely:
· On food scraps, feces, etc.. can be mixed with other organic materials for the preparation of a good organic compost.
Tip:
• In general it takes 5 liters of EMA and 10 to 15 liters of water to a chlorine-free organic matter per cubic meter, depending on the humidity.
For more information on composting, contact our technical department.
4 - Treatment of waste water.
One of the major problems facing producers is environmental, namely, treatment of effluents. Often this water is then stored or stagnant, but without any measure of treatment.
With EMA, it is easy to treat these waters, so that they can be recovered and used in agriculture because of their energy.
Tip:
1st application
-
1 liter of EMA for 500 or 100 liters of wastewater during a cycle of three times a week and 3 months.
-
Renew the dosage if the result is not expected.
Breeding cattle.
Over 80% of the breeding system of cattle in Africa is still nomadic, which poses many challenges. In search of fodder and water, pastors, pastors, and farmers are forced to travel long distances, sometimes crossing the borders of neighboring states. This sometimes generates conflicts between pastoralists and farmers. Then the cattle are subject to enormous health problems, which also hampers the work of the health authority in case of plague.
Thanks to EM technology as a preventive measure or treatment of shock natural, you can:
· To produce forage for livestock rather than to move all the time.
· To eliminate diseases such as scabies, fever, diarrhea, general stress, and maintain good health for animals and ranchers.
· To transform the organic matter in good compost, used for the production of raw material for livestock.
· Reduce the contamination of ground water.
· To treat wastewater.
· To restore the environment's health.
Tip:
- Effluent treatment:
• 1 liter of EMA for 500 to 1000 liters of water.
- Composting:
• In general it takes 5 liters of EMA for 10 to 15 liters of water to a chlorine-free organic matter per cubic meter, depending on the humidity.
- Fight against scabies.
· EM5 diluted or pure 1: 50 once a week, such as bathing cattle.
- EMA diluted 1: 1000 or 2000 as drinking water.
- Manufacture of manure EM, energy conserving, and full of vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants,
Advantage of EM technology in farming
The benefits of EM technology in livestock are considerable:
· To animal health, productivity, processing organic waste, the welfare of workers and their neighborhood, to protect our environment, reduction of chemicals, even their complete elimination, to name these cases,
• the EM technology looks very simple principles which are based on a natural mode of les'activités microorganisms effective and beneficial.
Benefits include:
Advantage:
• Reduction of odors.
· The gases such as ammonia are reduced.
• The mortality rate is reduced.
· Manufacture of good quality compost.
· The meats are of good quality.
· The eggs are of good quality and more durable shell, allow good conservation.
Productivity is excellent.
• A net net gain in all areas.
• The main beneficiary is the human race, animals, and especially, our planet earth.
