Industry

The mechanization of technological advances in industry does not only positive consequences. Our ecosystem is one of the first victims. Residues that come from processing plants is a real danger to the planet. Our oceans are increasingly polluted, the plant and animal species disappear. Waters, rivers are contaminated due to discharge and infiltration by toxic materials. With the EM technology, we can significantly reduce these risks or eliminate them completely. Although the applications are almost limitless, we will discuss here three cases in the industrial field.

The use of EM technology helps eliminate odors to the detriment of chemicals in the plant and its surroundings. The facilities are resistant to oxidation and staff operate in an environment holy and acceptable. Plants food processing, dairies, bakeries, fishmongers, and can take advantage of this natural technology, simple but very effective. Production costs and maintenance are reduced

- General cleaning of facilities in the daily

In the sanitary, drains, urinals, drains, bathrooms, washing dishes etc..

  Tip:

-50 To 100 ml of pure EMA / day to pay in the places mentioned above and for a month.

  - After one month, repeat the same dosage, 1 time per week, ie 4 times a month.

  - This application does not exclude the daily cleaning of the premises.

  - EMA in water without chlorine between 1-2% for general cleaning.

  - EMA diluted 5, 10, 15% with chlorine-free water to spray all areas. (Tile, wood, plastics, painted surfaces smooth and so on.

  - Deodorants based fuel can be added to the EMA before its application to spray the surfaces.

Wastewater treatment and sewage

EM Technology has demonstrated its effectiveness when problems inherent in the release of unpleasant odors arise. The neighborhood no longer complains. Officials are not at greater risk of contamination, because the noxious gases are controlled.

Note that EM is not compatible with protozoa, and chemicals containing chlorine, sulphate of money, usually redox. If such products previously involved in the treatment of wastewater, sewage and drainage systems, applications must cease in the month one month before introducing EM technology.

-Waste water with a BOD of between 1000 and 2000 mg / L, then it will be necessary first to separate the solids from the liquid. This is what we call here as "shock therapy".

For systems with a BOD of less than 1000, there is no need to make separations.

These methods are the same as for the treatment lagoons and sedimentation tanks to aerobic or not.

To optimize an efficient treatment, repeat the same operation for another month.

- The second phase will be routine, where maintenance will be discussed. This work can be optimized by introducing "mud balls" in ponds and sedimentation tanks instead of Bokashi. The Bokashi is more effective in the treatment of latrines.

Tip:

  -Shock Treatment:

  a-DBO between 1000 and 2000: EMA 1 L / 500 L of wastewater

  b-BOD less than 1000: 1L EMA 1000L for wastewater

  - Handling:

a-1L of EMA to 1000 L of wastewater.

  b-complementarity with mud balls.

Benefits

- The odors disappear.

- The DBO and DQO have their value reduced by the digestion of organic matter by the MA.

- Coliforms are reduced.

- The harmful gases such as ammonia, sulfides, methyl heptane, etc.. are also reduced or almost completely controlled.

The sludge-pathogenic bacteria are "eaten" by the MA.

- Chemicals are no longer needed.

- The expenses incident to the construction site of expensive treatments, like handling are reduced.

Grease traps and septic tanks

The microorganisms have the ability of EM to speed the decomposition process of waste water. Once these measures by introducing the EM technology, periodic cleaning is not necessary.

Tip:

For a first application, it should remove the layers of oil and grease traps, manifolds, pipes etc..

  - EMA per 1L of 50 L of material (2%). This application is done once a week for 1 month

  - From the 2nd month, apply only 1L per 1000 L

Treatment of solid waste

All organic waste from industrial processing plants, restaurants, gardens, can be transformed into good organic fertilizers in a short space of time (2-3 weeks) composting. Concrete examples are available on the "tips"
